She brought much knowledge & showed how to cut & containerize various strips and squares of fabric that is left over after you are finished cutting out quilt pieces rather that throwing away the leftover fabric. She mentioned the cost of fabric today & cited Bonnie Hunter’s recent classes here in our city. Glen showed her own blocks she made in 3 of Bonnie’s classes and explained all she saw & learned while there. She encouraged all of us to go to Bonnie’s website, Quiltville.com to see what information awaits you. Thank you Glen for a super program filled with facts we can put to use & small up our fabric & keep our $$$$!!!!!  Betty Braud showed her blue & white Pineapple Blossom quilt top she completed from Bonnie’s class as an example of controlled scrap quilt.
