A group of Sassi Strippers gathered at the library today to close down the Kaleidoscope of Quilts show. Norma McDaniel, Becky Fincher, Glenda Parks, Charlotte Hymel, Betty Braud, Merlene Lewis and Valerie Valle, along with Kevin from the library, worked to unpin items from the walls, take them from the cases, and bring down the quilts hanging from the ceiling. All the quilts, dolls, hangings, jackets, etc were carefully folded and sorted into the proper owner piles, and will be available for pickup at the library between 12-1pm on Saturday, 28 August. Norma and Glenda will be there to sign over the items to their owners.
The show was very well received, with complimentary comments being heard from patrons of the library. SSQG has already been invited to schedule another show.

Reimagined in 2023 -- The Sassi Stripper Stitchers meets every third Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m at the Jones Creek Library. Come and go during that time. Work on any kind of stitchery. Sharing, show and tell, and fellowship.
