   2. VP/Programming (Mynan G.) – Round Robin – paper piece or appliqué- either or both rounds or added to subsequent rounds.
   3. Secretary (Becky F.) –brought up that announcements for the quilt show in August need to be sent out soon.
   4. Historian/Blog site (Marilyn H.) – no news
   5. Unfinished Projects (UFOs – Kathy S.) –no UFOs
   6. Tabs (Cheryl A.) – still collecting tabs - Becky, Betty, Pam brought some in.

Karen won a William Morris in Applique book donated by Sharon.

8. Just Do It (Sharon H.) Suggestions were: Garden Song in Brookehaven after the end of May; Cotton Blossom in Mississippi possibly.
9. Quilt Show (SSQG membership): planning at June meeting
10. Charity Quilts (Merlene L. & Cheryl A.)- 8 charity quilts, 53 stuffed bears, 186 bear skins. We need more bear skins for August and February.
1. Unfinished Business: Veteran’s Home- Sharon checking on specific date to bring quilts.
2. New business: Sharon has a box of embroidery patterns from Lily Kraft to go through if anyone wants them. A note and pictures were sent to Mr. Kraft to show him what we have been making with his late wife’s material.
