1. President/Call to order (Pam T. in for Sharon H.) – meeting at Jones Creek Library – 6:33 p.m. 

2. Sign In, Welcome to Members and Guests – Guests present: N/A Members present: Merlene L.,  Marilyn H., Karen W., Becky E., Cheryl M., Pam T., Valerie K., and Robin C.

b) VP/Programming (Pam T.) – Future programs: September - Gayle Soileau, rug demo. October  – Valerie, coloring on embroidery. November – Merlene, Magic Circle ruler demo. 

c) Secretary (Cheryl M.) – no report 

d) Historian / Blog site (Marilyn H.) – Everything is up to date on the blog.  

e) Unfinished Projects (UFOs – Valerie K.) – There were none this month. 

f) Tabs (Cheryl M.) – No tabs received. No report. 

g) Door Prizes (Valerie K.) – Karen, Marilyn, and Pam 

h) Just Do It (Pam T.) – The group shared their stories from the recent Louisiana Shop Hop 2022. i) Quilt Show (SSQG membership) – N/A 

j) Charity Quilts (Merlene L. & Karen W.) – Pam read an email from a recent quilt recipient. We  currently have 23 quilts towards our goal of 40 for the next quilt donation. Keep making quilts and  bears.
