1. President/Call to order (Pam T.) – ZOOM meeting – 6:30 pm.

2. Sign In, Welcome to Members and Guests – No guests. Members present: Merlene L., Karen W., Marilyn H., Karol G., Pam T., Cheryl M., and Valerie K.

3. Reading of the minutes and motion to accept –

4. Reports of officers and committees

   1. Treasurer’s report (Pam T.) – Treasurer not present, no report. The March report will be combined with the April report.

   3. Historian (Marilyn H.) – minutes are on the blog

   4. Blog (Marilyn H.) – members can send pictures of finished quilts to go on blog site for all to see.

   5. Unfinished Projects (UFOs – Valerie K.) – N/A

   6. Tabs (Cheryl M.) – still collecting them from all over, including friends in WA state.

   7. Door Prizes (Valerie K.) – Marilyn, Pam and Karen. Valerie will be delivering door prizes.

   8. Just Do It (Pam T.) – no report

   9. Quilt Show (SSQG membership) – no report

   10. Charity Quilts (Merlene L. & Karen W.) – continue to make quilts and bears. Merlene will be reimbursed for 10 yards of 90” muslin she got on sale for quilt backs for the guild.

   11. Red/White/Blue Quilts (Sharon H./Mynan G.) – no report

5. Unfinished Business: Cely Pediscleaux quilt exhibit is at the West Baton Rouge Museum through May 30^th. Merlene and Karen got new Bernina Q20 machines. Cody from Sew This! is doing a Lazy Angle Ruler class on YouTube Sew With Cody and Pete.

6. New business: Pam asked that all members let her know of any ideas they have for presentations.
